Handling time

In-stock orders normally ship within 1–2 business days of payment. We'll email tracking when your order ships.

Parcel shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the packed size and weight of your items and your ZIP code. Available options include UPS and USPS services, local pickup, and shipping on your own UPS/FedEx account for a handling fee.

Freight

Large or heavy items — chassis, racks, batteries, or orders over our parcel weight limit — ship by LTL freight. For these orders you can check out without paying; we'll email a freight quote and a secure payment link, and ship once it's paid. Let us know in the order notes if you need a liftgate, inside delivery, or a delivery appointment.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For international orders, contact us for a quote; buyers are responsible for duties, import taxes, and export documentation requirements.

Damage in transit

Inspect shipments when they arrive. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt (required for freight claims) and contact us within 5 days with photos.
