Returns & Warranty
Dead-on-arrival (DOA) warranty
If an item is defective on arrival, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund the item price once we receive it back and confirm the fault. Please include the order number and a short description of the problem.
Returns for other reasons
Unused items in the condition we shipped them may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Not returnable
- Items damaged by improper installation, power events, or misuse.
- Items with removed or altered serial labels or warranty seals.
- Items sold "as-is / for parts" in the listing.
- Compatibility problems with software, firmware, or licensing.
How to start a return
Email sales@telcosurplus.net with your order number. We'll send a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are refundable only for DOA or our error.
